Because our products are unique and personalized to you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are truly unhappy with your products, please contact us with your concerns and we will try to make it right.

We'll be shipping to most cities and towns in the world.
Placing orders before the delivery order cutoff time. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation email.
Select shipping at checkout, and shipping to a residential address within an eligible postal code.

Set or update your default shipping address in Your Addresses. This address must be residential and within an eligible postal Code for delivery.
Note:
Delivery is available seven days a week most days of the year, with limited availability on certain holidays and high-volume shopping days, including Black Friday. We can't deliver available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
We deliver to commercial addresses. Because we deliver by 10 pm local time, the commercial address must be able to accept packages as late as 10 p.m. local time.

In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for delivery, because multiple units aren't available locally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are final sales. Please be certain of your purchase:

Return item ( Exceptions)
If you've changed your mind about an item you bought if item there's something wrong with it if doesn't match the listing description, or if the buyer receives the wrong item. You can request a return before 15 days.
Before requesting a return, be sure to review our return policy to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria. Additionally, make sure to provide clear and detailed information about why you are requesting a return and include any evidence or documentation to support your claim.
Once your return request has been submitted, we'll review the request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
